Information We Collect

We collect account information such as company name, administrator name, email address, and crew profile details. When crews use the mobile app, we collect operational data such as sign IDs, scan timestamps, pickup or drop status, photos when submitted, and location coordinates tied to the scan.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, show live dashboard updates, route crews to planned drops and pickups, generate operational reports, troubleshoot product issues, and protect customer accounts from unauthorized access.

Location Data

Bootlegger uses location data only for sign drop, pickup, route, and reporting workflows. Location data is associated with work events in the app and is not sold to third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, analytics, email, and error-monitoring providers. These providers process data on our behalf.

Data Retention

We keep account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, support customer reporting, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Customers may request deletion of their company data by contacting us.

Security

We use authentication, role-based access, tenant isolation, and standard hosting security controls to protect customer data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep access limited to authorized users.

Children

Bootlegger is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
